By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. Paid services are additionally governed by our Master Services Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The Site

The Site provides information about, and a means to inquire about, our data-collection services. Content is for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

2. Services Are Contracted Separately

Use of the Site does not create a services relationship. Data-collection services are provided only under a signed Order Form incorporating our Master Services Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, which control in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use of the Site

You may not: (a) use the Site unlawfully; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; (d) scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Site except as permitted by law; or (e) misrepresent your identity.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, logos, and software, is owned by Skrimi LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Site content is not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring your intended use of any data complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKRIMI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
