Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs all use of Skrimi LLC's Services. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. Violation is a material breach of the Master Services Agreement.
1. Permitted Use
The Services are for collecting publicly available information for lawful business purposes (e.g., market research, price benchmarking, competitive analysis, lead research from public sources).
2. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use the Services to:
- Collect or process personal data in violation of any privacy law (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA), or to identify, profile, or track individuals;
- Access data behind a login/authentication that you are not authorized to access, or using credentials you are not permitted to use;
- Facilitate fraud, identity theft, spam, harassment, discrimination, or any illegal activity;
- Infringe intellectual property — including republishing or reselling copyrighted content verbatim;
- Circumvent paywalls or access controls in violation of law;
- Build a product that materially competes with a source in violation of that source's enforceable terms where you lack the right to do so;
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
3. Data Sources
You are responsible for confirming you have the right to request data from a given source. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any source at our discretion, including upon legal demand or terms/technical changes.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for any actual or suspected violation, with no refund, and may report unlawful activity to authorities. Your indemnification obligations under the Master Services Agreement apply to violations of this Policy.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
